Orders and Shipping
I. Order Delivery
Product Orders must be placed at Uvolox by 9AM EST Monday-Friday to start processing on the same day or otherwise it will be processed the next business day. Processing time usually takes 1 -2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping distance.
All our orders are shipped via third party delivery companies. And Uvolox is not responsible any late delivery occur whatsoever. Our delivery refers only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to process your order.
II. Tracking Your Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped at Uvolox, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order has been processed. The confirmation e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
You can also check the status of your order on Uvolox. Go to order status page and enter the required information. You may also contact our Customer Service Representative atUvolox website.
You are required to remember your Order Number and your Name when you track your order or you reach out to our Customer Service Representative to help expedite the process.
III. Shipping Policy
- Uvolox is not responsible for non-shipment of ordered product due to in availability of stock. Order verification is not considered to be order confirmation.
- It is the buyer responsibility to provides us correct address and phone number at the time of booking.
- Uvolox management team retains the right to change return and exchange policy at any time without any notice.
- Uvolox has aims to provide best possible services to processes orders as quickly as possible. Despite our tries some orders takes more time.
IV. Prohibited Items
Certain items considered prohibited materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
V. Business Holidays
Orderswill be accepted but do not process and ship from our store on public holidays.
