Returns & Exchanges
I. Terms
- All products purchased online through Uvolox can be exchanged within 10 days with below mention conditions.
- Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The buyer will be responsible for shipment costs of return.
- Buyer has to make sure the products that are returning are keeping all original tags, unopened, unused, in proper seal.
II. Exchange/Return Conditions
The product will be exchanged/returned only when:
- The product received has manufacturing defect or an incorrect style or size, at the time of delivery.
- The product or item does not match with original specification, or the product found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- Prior to shipping the return to Uvolox, buyer will need to notify us within 3 days by given means of contact on Uvolox website.
- After approval of your request, the company will refund your amount through your bank. You will be credited for the cost of product (s)/ item(s).
- Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. It may take two weeks for the processing of refund.
- Articles purchased on “SALE” cannot be exchanged and replaced, or returned.
- Buyer will bear the delivery charges in case of returning the product.
III. Order Cancellation
The order can be cancelled by buyer any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped return and exchange policy will be applied. Uvolox has the rights for the cancellation of order at any stage or at any time during the processing of order due to any condition that seems necessary and will not bear any damages suffered due to non-fulfillment of said order.
IV. How to Apply For Return/Exchange?
- To return an item, buyer is required to email us with the return reason and order details.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
- Once our customer support team approves the return/exchange you will be requested to send the product to our store.
V. When will it be processed?
- We aim to process all returns/exchanges with 14 working days of receipt.
- During COVID-19 please allow up to 21 working days for your return/exchange to be processed.
