Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund — no questions, no hassle.

How it works

1. Email info@uvolox.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us. Once it arrives and passes inspection, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

A few details

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged — then we cover everything and make it right immediately.
• Prefer an exchange? Tell us the size or item you want and we'll handle it in the same return.
• Items marked Final Sale can't be returned, and it'll always say so clearly on the product page.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping both ways.
